Project/Customer is missing in some of transaction fields

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve this. This helps us determine if this is caused by browser-related.

To begin, access your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

Once signed in, view the Projets/Customer. If the transaction fields show, clear the browser's cache. This improves the performance of the program.

You can also use the supported browser. They'll provide you the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Additionally, you can use progress invoicing to create multiple invoices from a single estimate. That way, instead of asking for full payment at the beginning, you can invoice for partial payments throughout the project.
