Question

QB invoice, unable to correct a buisness address mistake on the top of the invoice even after changing it on QB company address info. Also doesn't specify phone number.

Have deleted invoice and started again still incorrect.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. First, let's check the company address in the Account and Settings. Here's how:  

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Company menu and select the Contact info section.

  

 

If the details are correct. We can exit to the Account and Settings page. 

 

Second, let's go ahead and check the Custom form style to verify if you have the same address in the Account and settings. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select to Custom form styles
  3. Tap edit on the form style which is the default one.  
  4. Click on the content option and top third of the preview and check if you hit the box with address and check it shows correctly there.  

  

 

Lastly, once verified and if the same thing happens, we can open your QBO account using incognito/private window. This can help us determine if it's a browser-related issue due to the stored cache.
