QB Self-employed UK recording a refund to me

Hello,

Brand new to QB self-employed.  I have a partial refund that has come directly to my bank account for something I paid for out of the same account. I have categorised the original payment. How do I categorise/record the refund?

Hello SusannahB, thanks for posting on the Community page, there is no way to be able to do this in our self -employed account as there is no function to be able to record refunds, so it would be just a case of having to exclude the transaction.
