Quick Book Self Employed - Tagging faulty

Is anyone having issues with QBSE and tagging? I reported the issue to QB support over a week ago now, and have had three lengthy support chats even through them taking over my screen, and it's still not resolved.

Essentially I have a number of tags set up. Some transactions require more than one tag to be attached. I used to be able to select a transaction, add more than one tag, hit save and all done. Now, for some reason, I select the transaction, and as soon as I select the first tag, the screen refreshes (before I get the chance to hit the green save button) and throws me back to the main transaction page. It does save the tag I added but to add any more tags I have to do the same thing. On each occasion, it refreshes the screen to the main transactions page before I can hit the green save button (which begs the question why have a save button you cant use). If I had 4 different tags to add to a transaction I would have to go through this nightmare process 4 times !! Best of all when it refreshes to the transactions list you have to try and find the transaction you were actually working on!

Support suggested I download and use the browser OPERA, this is even worse, it simply won't allow you to change a transaction from personal / business or split. 

Support suggested I clear Cache and Cookies - made no difference. 

I have tried and the tagging issues are the same on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and on Windows. I've asked two friends who use QBSE and they have exactly the same This is a key feature of QBSE and I can't understand why QB support doesn't understand how critical it is that they resolve it. Is anyone else having this issue?
