Quick books invoicing not working. It says invoices have been sent, where I’ve now been told they haven’t been sent. weeks and still not working. Told to just wait

Hi usercraig,

 

I'm here to share some information about sending invoices.

 

The Sent status is an indication that the transaction was emailed directly within your QuickBooks Online account.

 

You can run the Invoice List report and customise it to show all your sent invoices. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Select Standard.
  3. Scroll down the page to the Who owes you category of your reports.
  4. Choose Invoice List.
  5. Click Customize.
  6. Under Rows/Columns, select Change columns.
  7. Select Sent.
  8. Click Run report.

 

If the status is not Sent, you can reset your email address to refresh it. Let me guide you with these steps:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
  2. Select Company, then select the edit icon in the Contact info section.
  3. Review each email address and make changes as needed.
  4. Select Save, then Done.
