Quick books isn’t recording my transactions .it’s been two weeks since the last one .what do I need to do.

Before anything else, did you encounter any error messages when recording transactions in QBO? If so, I'd appreciate it if you provide us with more detail of your concern to guide you accordingly.

 

In the meantime, let’s perform some troubleshooting steps that can resolve issues like this. You can use a private window or incognito mode to access your account. It won't use the data from the existing webpage cache so it’s a good spot to start.

 

Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once logged in, try to record the transaction again. If it works, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. Doing so will remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
