Please keep in mind that the numbers on the Expenses and Items tab have a maximum number shown. The QuickBooks system only displayed 6 digits. With this, the ability to see more than six digits as the total amount of the item on the said tab is currently unavailable. 

On the other hand, with the recent changes to accounting and tax regulations, and with more on the horizon, we have taken the decision to discontinue all QuickBooks Desktop services for our UK customers last June 30, 2023. 

If you want to continue working on your QuickBooks data to manage your income and expense entries accurately, I suggest migrating to QuickBooks Online. This version is a cloud-based financial management software.
