Quickbooks suddenly won't let me match off payments against open invoices saying it "can't process the transaction". Can you help?

Hi Chris, 

 

I wanted to let you know about an issue that has been reported by other users while matching transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) through the mobile app. Some users have been encountering an error message that says 'We can't process your transaction'. Our product engineers are currently investigating the issue and working on a fix. 

 

In the meantime, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team to let them know that you are also experiencing this issue. Once you are added to the list of affected users, our engineers will send you an email with updates. 

 

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner of your QBO account and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.

 

While waiting for a fix, we recommend logging in to your QBO account through a web browser instead, to match your transactions from there.
