Quotes keep not saving

When using the program on the Apple iPad, all too often my quotes don’t save or they clear the screen when I’m half way through. Does anyone else experience this and have you found a solution?

If you’re referring to the mobile app on your Apple iPad, I suggest emptying the app's cache by resetting its data. The app's cache can occasionally cause your QuickBooks Online app to malfunction. Simply click Help, then select Reset App Data. However, if the problem persists when you're logged in using your iPad's browser, I recommend utilizing a private browser on your device. This way, you'll know it's due to a browser issue on your device.
