Receipt info deleted when product / service category allocated

Hi

I've just started using the receipt function and when i have scanned a receipt then added it to an invoice i want to put a Service category against it but when i do this , the receipt amount is cleared to zero?

Need some advice pls

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

The service category probably has a set price against it so its overrides it. It would be worth double checking this in your account.
