Recently I can't see transactions for review on the app. It just hangs. Anyone else?

Let's troubleshoot your QuickBooks app to isolate damaged cache-related issues. It usually causes unexpected behaviors when working with the application.

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click on OK.

 

For Android:
 

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click on Yes.

 

Once done, restart your mobile phone and check if you can see the transactions. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks mobile app.
