Reconciling Paypal payments with bank account

I've set up PayPal on QB so that it automatically sets the invoice as paid and adds an expense for the PayPal fee.

 

When the money is transferred to my bank account, it does so less the PayPal fee. 

 

How can I match the bank transaction with the invoice less the fee?

 

I've scanned the help and the one item that looked to be on target seems to be missing!

Hello BobUrry, thanks for posting on the Community page,  if you click on find match on the banking section, then click resolve the difference button and add the amount difference on the PayPal fees expense category.
