Recurring Transactions failed to generate invoices this morning - 8th March 2023

I noticed the above and contacted support.  Apparently there was a glitch and the invoices will have to be generated manually. The recurring transactions that were due to be processed today also need to be resaved in order for them to work properly next time.

 

I assume that this has affected more than just myself.

 Hello Sedmunds, yes we have had others report of this, you are not the only one with this issue, so we are aware of this issue and it is being looked into by our higher team.

This has happened again this morning.  

 

Support cannot tell me if there was an issue that caused this.

 

Has anyone else experienced this today?

 

Tomorrow I have a large number of invoices to be generated as it's first of the month so I'm obviously concerned it will happen again.

We don't currently have any reported issues with recurring transactions in QuickBooks - please see our guide here for tips on how to handle a transaction that did not run. For the transaction(s) that did not generate, please create these for todays date by clicking Use from the drop-down.
