Recurring Transactions Invoices

Hi All,

I'm new to QBO and have a query about Recurring Transactions (Invoices) that will run monthly.

I have set up the recurring transactions to run monthly (over 100 on the 20th) 👍BUT how do I get them to run in a certain order, thus applying the invoice number.

They have run successfully this month but the invoice numbers automatically applied have took the list out of alphabetical order?

I would want the recurring transaction to recur in alph

Hello Buzz7, if you go to main cog wheel> recurring transactions> click on where it says customer/supplier this will then change the order for you to then see them.
