Refund receipt is not showing when i go into Match Transactions in my banking

Hi @jonmathur,

 

You can do a couple of things to ensure you can match your downloaded bank transactions to your recorded transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

On the Match transactions page, I suggest you choose All under the Show drop-down menu. Another thing to check is the date range on that same page. Ensure that the date range covers the exact date of the transaction you recorded in QBO.
