Sales list of invoices: near top of screen, is a red "!" + text saying "Needs Attention". It's a link but when clicked on there are no results. Help me find the issue pls

There are no apparently linked errors on the Get Things Done but there were 2 bounced emails relating to invoices. One of which had an outstanding balance that could have been part of the original amount shown as "needing attention". I resent the email and the "Needs Attention" amount has dropped.

I also looked at clearing cookies although that did not appear to have made a difference.

I still have a small amount that "Needs Attention" but no obvious culprit.

We have 3 invoices partially paid, one noted above with the bounced email, one for a large figure (for us) and the last one is for the amount that the "Needs Attention" now is...
