Question

Samsung z fold 4 does not work with reciept snap . When you take the photo it always misses the reciept a takes a photo next to the reciept .

Can we try some troubleshooting steps and see if this resolves it for you. Can you refresh the data within the app or from the settings menu on your mobile app. This refreshes the application so we can start with a clean slate.

 

Android

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes.

 

iOS

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.

After that, proceed to your device Settings:

  3.  Select Clear data.

  1. From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. Click the Offload App.

 

If the issue persists, I’d suggest you uninstall it by following the steps below, then reinstall the app.

 

  1. Tap and hold the app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.
