sending invoices

cannot send invoices to certain selected customers in quickbooks whereas I always used to before.  Message states invoice "undelivered" and the email is correctly spelled.

Hi JM256, does that status of the invoice show as 'not sent' when viewing the invoice history? You can check this by opening the invoice and clicking on 'more' on the bottom toolbar > audit history > show all. Thanks!

It states "indirect edit" on the instructions you gave.  But on the invoice itself it indicates a delivery error as "undeliverable" and I've made several attempts at sending this.

I might also add that going to my email directly and sending my customer a personal email is no problem whatsoever.  So the email is valid and operational.
