Set up automatic invoices abs they didn’t get sent - why?

Hi userhello12,

 

You'll want to check out your recurring invoice template to see if the dates are correct if it has reached the end date if it's set to recur. These are the things that trigger to automatically create invoices. 

 

If your template is fine, please have this checked with our Support team. That way, they can start a screen-sharing session to see your setup.

 

For the old Help menu interface:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Choose the Contact Us button.
  3. Type something like automatic invoices not sent on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Proceed with the Let's talk button.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.

For the new Help menu:

  1. Click the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. Type Talk to a human.
  3. Enter something like automatic invoices not sent on the What can we help you with box.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Select the Start messaging option.
