Should all details entered on the customer profile pull through when creating an invoice for them?

The PO Number has to be entered manually each time I create an invoice for that customer.  Also, sometimes their billing address doesn't come through or it ignores any edits I've made.

Not all details entered on the customer profile will post to the invoice. To view which information you have set up to show, view the invoice template by going to the Cog > Custom form styles > Select edit beside the template you're using > Content. 

 

Please note, the steps to customise may differ based on whether you are using the old or new invoicing experience. On the new customisation view, you can update the form template as you’re creating them (click here to find out which experience you have).

 

If you continue to have trouble saving edits, try clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your web browser. QBO uses browser cache and cookies to run faster, but sometimes these can also block web pages from loading or performing as expected. Hope this helps!
