Should I use the 'expense' or 'snap receipt' option when capturing a printed travel receipt (e.g taxi receipt) when using the quickbooks app? Thanks

We can use the Receipt snap feature to scan receipts and upload them directly to QuickBooks. It allows you to view the receipts you already reviewed in the mobile app. All the captured receipts will appear on the Receipts tab together with the receipts you've added if there are many.

Here are the steps on how to do it:
 

1. Tap the Menu ≡.
2. Select Receipt snap.
3. Choose Receipt Camera and snap a photo of your receipt.
4. Tap Use this photo.
5. Then, Done.
