Question

Since January the quick books app doesn’t work correctly. When snapping receipts it will work sometimes but then it will either freeze or not upload the receipt.

Had this today also - defo not working

 

Same issue sometimes takes photo sometimes freezes 

 

When does seem to work NO receipts actually are scanned and the details being brought through

 

Please fix

It’s definitely an app update fault. It’s been bad for couple weeks but now it just does nothing for reciept capture. Happy to see it’s not only me having this issue.

Thanks Andy W, are you using the iOS or Android app, and is your devices operating system also updated to the latest version?

Hello Andy W, Thanks for posting on the Community page,

 

 Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app see if that resolves it for you. If not please can you try refreshing the date in the app,

 

 iOS

1. Go to menu (three lines going down in a line) and tap Help & Feedback 

2. tap Refresh Data. Note: A message appears "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest Quickbooks \Online data, you can refresh it now. It may Take a few minutes" 

3. Tap Refresh to confirm 

 

Android 

1. Go to Menu (three lines going down in a line) then tap More options (three dots going down in a line). 

2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.  3. Tap YES to confirm

Deleted and reinstalled the app - doesn’t fix issue.

 

Click the 3 lines, then clicked help and the only option is articles and support. 

the issue is since the app was changed. 

reciept capture no longer works.
