Using the app to snap receipts/supplier invoices, but what happens when I get a credit note.  Is there a way to select it as a credit note rather than invoice so that it uploads correctly as a credit note.

The snap feature for credit notes is unavailable in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, Amanda.

Snapping credit notes is essential for your business as it streamlines managing credits, maintains accurate records, and integrates them into your accounting system without manual data entry.

While this feature is unavailable in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, I suggest sending feedback to our product development team. Your input can help us prioritize and potentially include this feature in future updates.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.

In the meantime, you can manually enter credit notes in the web browser. It's to ensure credit notes are accurately recorded and integrated into your accounting system.
