Snap receipt isn't working on the app

I press the button and it flickers but doesn't open

Hi timetostopandcal, thanks for joining us here on the Community - are you using the iOS or Android version of the app, and is this updated to the latest version?

Hi I believe it to be Android and as far as I know its all upto date and I allow camera in settings

Thanks timetostopandcal, to troubleshoot, I'd be grateful if you could uninstall and reinstall the app and then re-confirm that the permissions are set within your devices' settings for camera access. Please then check that your mobile device is updated to the latest operating system. If this does not fix, please get back to us below with the specific app version installed (you can check this by tapping the settings wheel within the app or from within the subscription management section of your app store). 🙏
