Hi George-10, 

 

Can you please try clearing the cache within the mobile app by following the steps below:

 

  • Android: From ⋮ button, select Settings, then select Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
  • iOS: From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback, click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

Please then fully close and re-open the app before uploading the receipt, get back to us below if this does not fix!
