Some of my cc transactions have downloaded and appeared in the received column rather than the spent column, how do I rectify this?

Classifications of the downloaded transactions (spent and received) are dependent on your financial institution. May I know your bank so I can check if we have open investigation about this?

Meanwhile, you can exclude them and manually upload the CSV file in QBO to correct your transactions and recordings.

Exclude transactions:

1. On the left navigation, go to the Banking menu.
2. Select the transactions.
3. Click the Batch Action tab and choose Exclude Selected.
   

Upload transactions:

1. Go to your bank's website and follow the steps on how to download the transactions to your computer.
2. Log in to your QBO account and choose the Banking menu.
3. Hit the File upload button.
   
4. Select Browse and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
5. Continue the prompts.
