Question

Some of my invoices never arrive with the customer? They are all marked as sent but clearly some aren’t. Maybe 2 in ten don’t get there. Any help would be appreciated?

Thanks for joining us here on the Community, 

 

Please first check that the invoice has been sent successfully by opening this and selecting More > Audit History > Check the 'Sent:' status - if this shows as sent here then we can be sure it was sent from our server and this issue is likely with the customer's email domain receiving this.

 

In these cases, it's good to first check that the email hasn't been received to any junk or spam folders that the customer has set up, as many providers may block communication from @Intuit.com if they perceive this to be spam, which can happen if these are been sent repeatedly. We've got a guide here which your customer can follow to whitelist the Intuit domain, the easiest step is to have them send an email to do_not_reply@intuit.com - this should trigger the email domain to recognise the Intuit domain as a trusted site.
