Question

Some of our invoices do not have names and addresses displayed on screen and printed copy although I have checked that they are shown on the Customer Details page?

Normally, when you encounter unusual behaviors, like missing data, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix them. It could be that the accumulated cache in the browser is the root cause of the issue. 

 

You can start by signing in to your QuickBooks Online company using a private window. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

If it's now working well, go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to enhance your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
