Sorting transactions by posting date

I'm trying to identify some backdated transactions in Quickbooks which have been posted after the year end.  Is it possible to identify the posting date for transactions without going into each of them individually, such as sorting by posting date on the general ledger; or is there another way to find these transactions easily?

Hello VB1234, on  the general ledger you can sort the date by ascending order or descending order by clicking on sort on top left of the report. You can also customise the report my clicking on the customise button top right and also on the small cog wheel next to the printer and export icon.
