Starling saving spaces

It seems QuickBooks online imports transfers to, and from the main bank account to the savings spaces however when setting up bill payments from a starling space QuickBooks doesn’t pick up the transaction leaving the account! 

it works perfectly fine on Xero annoyingly! 

Has anybody else had difficulty with this?

Thanks for notifying us regarding your experience with your Starling transaction not being downloaded in QuickBooks, JRo30.

 

As per checking, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-101962) about Starling data not coming through the bank feeds in QuickBooks. Please know that resolving this is our team's top priority.

 

Given that, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can add you to the affected users list and receive updates about this matter.

 

Here's how to connect with them using your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go to (?) Help.
  2. Navigate to the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief information about your concern and hit Continue to proceed.
  4. Choose a way to connect with our team:
  • Chat with us - start a conversation with an expert. Support is available all day, Mondays till Fridays.
  • Have us call you - provide the necessary details to get a callback from our available personnel. Available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM during weekdays and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends.

 

In the meantime, if you need to manage the missing transactions urgently, you can manually enter them into QBO in a CSV file format.
