Started using qb sent 6 invoices . Signed in on a new phone and none of the data has merged . New phone wanted me to set.up invoicing for first time

To access your invoices created through the browser, you need to use the same login credentials for the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

On the other hand, if you're already using the same login, we'll need to refresh your data to view the latest available information in your QBO mobile app. Please make sure you have a stable internet connection while performing this process.

For Android:

1. Go to Menu, then tap More Options ⋮.
2. Hit Settings and click Refresh Data.
3. Tap YES to confirm.

For IOS:

1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
2. Choose iPhone Storage, then click the QuickBooks Online app.
3. Hit Offload App.
4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
