I'm here to help you see the open invoices, alex.

In QuickBooks Online, we have ways and techniques you can incorporate into your workflow that'll help you view open and overdue invoices. I'll show you how.

Sales menu:

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. Select Invoices.
  3. Click Status and select Unpaid.

Open Invoices report:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in Open Invoices and then click it.
  3. Click Customise.
  4. Filter the correct date.
  5. Once done, click on Run report.

If you still can't view the invoices, let's access your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This is an excellent place to determine if the browser has an issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift +
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once logged in, I recommend following the steps above. If it works, clear the browser's cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers. They also provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Additionally, I've added this article that'll help you gently remind customers about invoice due dates: Send Invoice Reminders Automatically or Manually in QuickBooks Online.
