Suppliers and categories gone from App since update

Since I updated my QB app (android) all my previous categories for expenditure are assets are gone. 

All my suppliers are gone and all my clients are gone except from this tax year. 

How can I get these back please?

Hi, Seb lauzier.

 

This is probably caused by a system delay in QBO to recognize the recent update. I'd like to do a few basic troubleshooting steps to fix the performance issue. First, let's refresh your QBO app by clicking Help, and then Reset App Data

 

Next, clear the cache by going to File in the upper left corner, and then Clear Cache. This step will help us clear out the stored files which impacts and causes issues in the program.

 

Lastly, if the above steps won't work, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. Here's the link to reinstall the app: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/. Scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, then click the Free Download button.

 

I'd appreciate if you can get back to me with the results. We can troubleshoot this further in case the same behavior occurs.
