I'll share with you some details on how we can isolate this issue. This way, you can seamlessly manage your invoice with ease. Beforehand, may I know the exact error message you encountered while creating an invoice? Any details you provide will assist us in identifying the underlying cause of the problem.

 

In the meantime, I suggest accessing your account via a private or incognito window. It allows us to determine whether the problem is due to browser caching. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

 

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl Shift + P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.
