Sales are shown in Profit & Loss account but In TB Sales account name are showed  but amount not shown

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @mariya1.

I can share some clarifications about the reports in QuickBooks Online.

A Trial Balance report only lists all accounts and their totals as either debits or credits. If you're unsure of the figures showing from the report or you need verification, I suggest viewing it from the Chart of accounts section.

From there, you can run a report and determine what transactions are associated to it. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Chart of accounts.
  3. Search for the sales account.
  4. Press run report.
  5. Check the transactions.

If you're getting unusual results after checking the account, then I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to help isolate and fix the issue. You can start with signing into your account through an incognito window.

It'll allow you to access QuickBooks without using cookies. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

If it works, I suggest you proceed with clearing the cache. There are times too much data can accumulate over time and cause issues when using QuickBooks.

For additional reference, I've attached some articles you can use to learn more about the accounting terms, as well as running a a Profit and Loss report by bank account in QuickBooks:

Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions. Have a great day ahead.

I'm here to share some information when running the Trial Balance report, mariya1.

In QuickBooks, the Trial Balance report defaults to show Active under the Show non-zero or active only field. Let's make sure to select All on that section.

Afterward, let's run the report again.

If the same thing happens, let's run some troubleshooting steps to determine why the report doesn't show the full transactions.

Let's start with an incognito window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can cause any unexpected page behavior.

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Then, let's pull up the report again. If you want to show the account on the Trial Balance report, you can check this article: Use account numbers in your chart of accounts.

The QuickBooks Community team is always up to help you. Keep safe!
