Hello there, rebecca-biggs-ho.

Let's get your QuickBooks Online app fixed.

It's possible that your device is not updated yet that's why the app still crashes though you uninstall and reinstalled it. We can try uninstalling the app again and then update your mobile device. After the update is installed, you can download the app again.

If you're using QuickBooks App for Windows or Mac, you can refresh the app data after you have updated both your system and the app. Resetting the app data clears its cache. It helps restore the application to its default settings and get the best experience on the app.

  1. Go to Help from the top menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and choose Run as Administrator when re-opening it.

If the same thing happens I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team so we can look into the root cause of why the app continually crashes. In the meantime, you can access your account via a supported browser. This helps you achieve your QuickBooks tasks.

I'm also adding this article to further guide you in managing your accounts, banking, and expenses, and many more. You can click the + More topics button to view other selections.

Keep me posted on how it went or if you have other questions about QBO. I'm always here to help further.
