Thanks for coming through this forum, ryan-nickols. I can help provide information when managing customer sales transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO )account.

When working with your QBO tasks, sometimes stored cache files can cause interruptions within the program. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to help rectify the possibility of a webpage issue. You'll need to access your account in a private browser to ensure the program runs seamlessly without storing cached data. You may use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

On the other hand, if you're currently utilizing QBO in an application and the option has disappeared from there, stored cache can cause unusual behavior. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to refresh data into its default state. This process plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser. To do this:

If you're using an iOS, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
  2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
  3. Tap Offload App.
  4. This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

Otherwise, refer to this instruction for Android:

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Once everything looks good, you can track and enter customer-paid invoices and run specific reports to help review your business finances.

I'll always be around on this thread if there's anything else you need further assistance with when managing receivable workflows in your account. Stay safe and have a good one!
