Question

The option to update Transactions is missing from the iPhone app, is this intentional? I can only update My transactions via the browser app.

Welcome to the Community, @sfadden. I'll share some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue of your QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

When a device's cache is stored, it can trigger a system issue. As a result, let's refresh the data.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Tap the Menu icon.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Tap Refresh Data and then select Refresh.

 

After that, try updating your bank transactions once more.
