The postcode on my invoice dosent match the one under my bussiness information how can I fix this?

I'm here to share some information as to how  QuickBooks enters an address format.

The system uses the pre-built address data specific to the United Kingdom. The format is an indication that it's within the UK. However, 

we can add UK  or United Kingdom at the end of the city or street name. Let me guide you with these steps;

1. From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
2. Go to the Company tab.
3. Click the Address icon.
4. Add UK or United Kingdom in the Street or City box.
5. Click Save and then Done.

Doing this will update the existing invoices. You can resend them to your customers if necessary.
