The QuickBooks app has not recognised any of the past few months bank transactions I renewed consent a few weeks ago but no chsnge?

Hello William_crabtree, thanks for reaching out to the Community about banking in QuickBooks Online. We'd like to investigate why this is happening we just need a little more detail first. Which bank do you have connected in QuickBooks and do the transactions show if you view QuickBooks on the browser version instead of the app?
