The self paced training is running module 7 but her is no sound. I have moved to other applications like my music and it plays sound. So sound is muted on QB onlt

Are you taking the training inside QuickBooks Online? 

For all video tutorials, there's a small button where you can adjust the sound. It's located in the lower-right hand part of the page. See screenshot below.
