Question

There seems to be no way of printing the receipts from Quickbooks themselves directly from an iPhone...Am I missing something? Thanks.

Hi there, @caveproductions.

Welcome to the QuickBooks family. I'm here to help you print receipts using the mobile application.

If you're referring to your sales receipts, you can print them directly on your iPhone. As long as you can connect the device to your printer, the option to perform the process is possible.

Here's how:

  1. Open the QuickBooks app.
  2. Press the hamburger  icon.
  3. Choose Sales receipts.
  4. Select the sales receipt you want to print.
  5. Click the three dots icon in the upper-right corner.
  6. Hit Print
  7. Choose a print.
  8. Click Print

However, if you're referring to the receipts you capture using the app, the option to print is unavailable. You can only log into your QuickBooks account using the computer and print the expense linked to the receipt.

Additionally, I recommend visiting the following article to know more about capturing receipts in QuickBooks: Capture and categorise expense receipts and bills in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have additional questions about the receipts in QBO. I'm always here to help. Take care always.
