Total invoice paid showing on app

Let me provide you with information on how to display only the total amount for the year 2024, without including amounts from previous years in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

To begin with, when viewing the total display invoice, the amount will depend on the filters used. I recommend filtering the Date to This year's invoices and avoiding the All option to exclude the total amount. However, if it's the same thing, we can perform mobile troubleshooting steps to address this issue.

First, ensure that you're connected to the internet, and then perform the following steps:

For iOS:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Select Reset App Data.
3. Click on OK.

For Android:

1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
2. Tap on Settings.
3. Select Refresh Data.
4. Click on Yes.

Once refreshed, restart your mobile phone, and check if you'll be able to show the total 2024 invoices.
