Transaction Type Drop Down Missing

For months now the ‘Transaction Types’ drop down options have been missing on the QuickBooks Online app. Anyone else having this issue? 

QuickBooks tell me it’s a known issue and being investigated but it’s been so long now and it means I’m unable to use the app. I’m interested to know how widespread the issue is and when it may be fixed.

You're correct that there is a reported issue that some users are unable to change transaction type when reviewing from the bank since the dropdown isn't showing in QBO mobile app. Rest assured, our Engineering Team is aware of this and is working diligently to resolve it.
