Transactions are appearing in my bank account but not updating in QuickBooks. I have tried reconnecting. First ones from this morning show but nothing else. What can I do?

Let's find out where the issue comes from, userbridget-jones125.

 

When you checked your transactions in your bank account, did you notice an announcement about maintenance updates that would have impacted their online banking services? If not, you can download the transactions within the affected period and upload them to QBSE. Then, please tell me the name of the bank, so I can check to see if we have reported issues about them.

Hi Jess

 

No maintenance issues at the bank.  No announcements.

I am banking with Lloyds Bank.

One of the reasons that I that I started to subscribe with QuickBooks was so that I could very easily see who  has paid by linking in with my bank account!

When I started with QuickBooks it uploaded my information from the bank but since then it has not updated at all.

I would be grateful for any help.  Thank you.

Do you see any error messages or codes at all on the transactions page on the left-hand side navigation bar or in the main cog wheel> bank account? Could you send us a screenshot so we can take a look at it for you.
