Transactions aren't showing up on my app. There has been nothing for me to resolve since Jan 24th?

How do I resolve the issue that transactions aren't showing up?

Hello Juliaarmeria-hot, thanks for posting on the Community page, Can you try fully uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it and check that your transactions are then showing for you.

Tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it still no new transactions. Last transactions are on 24th Jan.

Since you already performed the steps and the new transactions are still not showing, I suggest contacting our Contact Support Team so they can check your account and help resolve this issue. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Select Help.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. In Search, select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:

  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
