Transition from QB desktop

After transferring from QB desktop, I have almost 200 open invoices, which have been paid and were closed on desktop but now show as open with QBO. I can close each one down by manually recording the payment against the invoice, but this is very time-consuming. Is there a way of closing all these in one go?

Hello there. @DIY Dave. I'll address your migration concern from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. 

 

When switching from QBDT to QBO, you may notice differences in how your books appear. Yes, you're right that closed invoices will show up as open. That said, I agree that you can manually record those invoice payments.
