Trying to edit invoices I go into edit it is all greyed out if I click lots of times it highlights the box to amend but sometimes nothing happens never use to do this

Internet files may have interrupted the connection. This way, I recommend opening QuickBooks Online in an incognito/private browser. 

 

Private browsing mode prevents internet files from making QBO features unresponsive.

 

Open a supported browser and then follow this hotkey:

  • Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're able to edit the invoice successfully, clear your regular browser's cache. It helps load new data and boost the browser's performance. Besides, you can use another supported browser.
