Unable to upload older transactions even in CVS format

I have tried to upload my statements/ transactions from april 22 - august 22 as they didn't download in this period (my own fault, 1st time using QB self employed). I have manged to download from my online bank , and save just the dates required but still wont upload. I just get this come up everytime ''Error Importing

Darn. File upload failed. (Probably our fault.) Please give it another try. If you see this message again, you might need to contact us.'' any Suggestions or ways I can get this info to quickboooks to be imported?

Let's resolve the error you're having to import your CSV file successfully, @Eve C.

Try to check the format of your CSV file. You may encounter this error when the CSV file’s format is incorrect, or the template doesn’t meet the specific requirements. You can use either a 3-column or 4-column format. These are the only columns QuickBooks can handle and this order. The three needed fields to import successfully into QuickBooks are the Date, Description, and Amount columns.

Check the following information:

Remove zeroes (0) from the file and leave those cells blank.
Select the column header labels (from the dropdowns) that match the column header labels in your CSV file.
The file should contain the following information: Date, Description, and Amount.

Once done and the file has been imported successfully, here's how you can categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed to put them in the right SA103F Categories.

I have formatted the csv file to exactly the same as i always do but it will not upload. I'm on a mac and downloading from starling bank for quick books self employed. I have done this before but it isn't working now.

Using a private window helps us verify the issue since this doesn't save any data files. You can refer to these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window:

Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome browser)
Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers
Command + Shift + N for Safari browser

If the customer's name shows when searching using the postcodes, I recommend clearing your regular browser cache. This deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. Using other supported browsers also helps us verify if this is a browser-specific issue.
