Unsolicited letters have come up on my invoice address (on invoice itself), when i go to edit the unsolicited letters do not appear for me to remove

Sometimes, the unexpected behavior of the program is browser-related. Let's open your account using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. 

 

Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

Once you're able to log in, check your invoice address again. If it's fine, it's a good idea to clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue.

  1. Open your QBO account.
  2. Go to Help at the top.
  3. Scroll down and keep typing I still need a human until you reach the option to connect to one of our live support agents.
  4. Click Get help from a human.
  5. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.
